The main hotel rooms all have a balcony that offer  land or sea view rooms (supplement applies).All rooms include air conditioning system, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, Mini-bar, hair dryer, telephone all rooms have en-suite facilities. The main hotel building is serviced by a lift to all Rooms.

Oscars this year (2010) has newly introduced

Oscars Resort sea view club rooms are designed as open plan studios or mezzine galleried small Villas both accommodations offer a private balcony or terrace. Facilities include air-con, Sat TV, hair dryer, safe (small charge), en-suite shower, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Additional beds are provided for larger families as these rooms can accommodate four guests. All club rooms do have lift access.

Family pool-side rooms ground level rooms with their own private terrace. Each offer one double, and one twin bedroom with additional space for extra beds if needed.

Junior Suites are located above the family rooms these spacious junior suites have direct sea view. All Junior Suites have their own private roof-top terrace and furnishings. Both room types have all the amenities required for your maximum comfort and include en-suite shower, satellite plasma TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, safe (small charge) and direct dial telephone.
